We start with interviews, code, and metrics — not slides. Most engagements begin with a one- to two-week listening phase before we recommend anything.
Frame
We deliver a written read-out: what we observed, what's at risk, the options with their trade-offs, and a recommended path with named owners and dates.
Execute
We embed alongside your team to drive the plan. Standups, code, hiring, vendor calls, board prep — whatever the work actually requires.
Hand off
Documentation, hired leaders, and a clean exit. The system should run better when we leave than when we arrived — and run without us.
